Village Hall - Constitution and Financial Governance
Utterby Village Hall's new Constitution, and Financial Govenance Policy, have now been published on the website. These have been agreed by the Management Committee.
The Constitution builds on Utterby Village Hall's Trust Deed and outlines the governance of the running of the Hall.
The Financial Governance Policy outlines how the Hall's finances will be managed.
Village Hall - Maintenance and Improvement Plan
Work has completed this week (w/c 23 September 24) on repointing on the North, South and West walls of the Village Hall.
Some areas of brickwork were in desperate need of repair work, with more to do next year.
But this work has helped prepare the building for the winter and should prevent any water getting into the building.
Further work to repair the roof will start over the next few weeks.

We are planning further events at Utterby Village Hall including:
- Board Games Evening
Are you a board game lover looking to play board games?
There are plans for a regular group at the Village Hall costing about £ 3 pp.
- Ceiladh Dancing
Would you like to put your best foot forward for an evening of traditional ceiladh dancing?
Cost tbc and food could be included.
- Musical Bingo
How about an evening of bingo but not as you know it?
Numbers are replace with songs.
Match the songs you hear to those on your game cards and ... BINGO!
Cost £ 8 pp / Tea and Coffee avaiable.
Bring your own drinks and nibbles.

Our Development Plan
With the help of our hirers and volunteers, Utterby Village Hall has been able to make a positive impact to our local community in Utterby and the surrounding area. That is the vision at the heart of our Trust Deed.
But our Hall needs constant repair, maintenance and development.
Plans are being prepared to repair damage to the external pointing, fix some broken roof tiles, repair some damage to the internal North wall, improve the garden, and redecorate the Hall where required.
